n8n consulting

n8n is powerful when the workflow is designed to survive production.

I design n8n automations that connect APIs, CRM, email, databases, ERP systems and AI components with error handling, logs, retries and clear ownership.

Workflow

I do not build “flows”. I build processes that need to keep working.

01

Integrations

Webhooks, REST APIs, databases, CRM, email, storage and external services orchestrated into one flow.

02

AI in workflows

Classification, extraction, generation or reasoning inserted only in the nodes where they are actually needed.

03

Operations

Alerts, logs, retries, alternate code paths and controls that keep the workflow manageable after go-live.

Production

Self-hosted or cloud is not an ideological choice. It depends on the process.

I evaluate the data involved, load, availability requirements, integrations, cost and maintenance capacity before choosing the architecture.

Self-hosted

More control over infrastructure, data and configuration. It also requires updates, backups, security and availability management.

Cloud

Reduces infrastructure operations and can be ideal when the main requirement is speed and simplicity.

Method

Model the flow first. Open n8n second.

Trigger

What starts the process and with which data.

Rules

Decisions, exceptions, timeouts and ownership.

Actions

Systems to read and modify.

Failure

What happens when a node fails.

Workflow review

Already using n8n and the flow is becoming hard to manage?

We can start from the existing architecture, identify where it breaks and decide what to simplify, separate or move outside the workflow.
